Our Expertise
The current Frontier Transport Holdings portfolio includes businesses from within the transport sector and ranges from the Cape Metro’s largest and oldest scheduled bus service to boutique shuttle services, luxury school and chartered coach services as well as companies which sell parts, spares and tyres for trucks and buses.
Each investment is focused on optimising operational efficiencies and boasts management structures that have been selected to combine a wealth of skills and experience.
Investment Strategy
Frontier Transport Holdings has two primary aims:

Consolidate and maximise the performance of existing investments.

Identify and acquire transport and logistics related businesses in niche or desirable markets.
The Group’s major shareholder, Golden Arrow Bus Services, has a history dating back to 1861 and its management team provides a wealth of unparalleled institutional knowledge. The nature of the Group’s investments allows it to maximise vertical integration and leverage economies of scale across the supply chain.
